Brands Hatch Round 1:
2 Wins and Championship Lead

The 2026 Helmet City MRO Supersport 600 season kicked off at Brands Hatch on March 14-15, and we couldn't have asked for a better start. Two wins, one second place, and the championship lead with 70 points.

Race 1 — Saturday (18 Laps)

The longer race of the weekend. Qualifying went well and we lined up in a strong position. The Triumph Daytona 675 felt good from the off — the suspension setup from Leask Racing gave us confidence through Paddock Hill and into Druids.

Fought hard at the front throughout but just couldn't find the gap to get past on the final laps. P2 — a solid start to the season and important points on the board.

Race 2 — Saturday (10 Laps)

The sprint race. With lessons from Race 1 fresh in mind, we adjusted the approach — got a better start, positioned the bike exactly where it needed to be, and controlled the race from the front.

First win of the season. The bike from J B Motorcycles was absolutely on it. The team effort behind this — from HM Racing's support to Butler Harwell's backing — made it possible.

Race 3 — Sunday (10 Laps)

Sunday morning at Brands Hatch. The confidence from Race 2's win carried through overnight. Another strong start, another race led from the front.

Back-to-back wins. The #76 machine was planted and predictable — exactly what you want at a circuit as demanding as Brands Hatch. Massive thanks to everyone who made the trip down to support.

Next Up: Oulton Park

Round 2 takes us to Oulton Park on 3-4 April. The International Circuit is a completely different challenge — fast, flowing, with elevation changes that test bike and rider. We'll be working on the setup between now and then.

Huge thanks to all our sponsors and supporters — Sussex Independent Financial Advisors, J B Motorcycles, Black Widows Sussex, Butler Harwell, Leask Racing, HM Racing, and BMR. None of this happens without you.
